FGS Arms is a federally-licensed firearms dealer and manufacturer (type 07) located in Ashland, Kentucky. While we do not have a retail storefront, local residents are welcome to make an appointment to pickup their firearm after undergoing the required background check as per federal law.

Ohio / West Virginia citizens may purchase a rifle or shotgun from FGS Arms and pick it up locally however handguns and stripped lower receivers must be transferred to your own state. We work with several local dealers to accommodate local customers.

All non-local firearm sales must be sent through to a FFL dealer and we must have a copy of their license prior to shipment.

Submit your dealer’s license by emailing it to sales@fgsarms.com. Please include your order number and a phone number for the dealer. By submitting a copy of their license, you are agreeing that they will accept firearms for transfer.
